1).1. Apa itu proverb

A proverb is a short sentence that people often quote, which gives advice or tells you something about life.

Proverbs are wise sayings that give advice about life. They are the gems of wisdom.

Example:

An old Arab proverb says, '

The enemy of my enemy is my friend'.

Every culture has a collection of wise sayings that offer advice about how to live your life. These sayings are called by proverbs.

2.)2.Fungsi sosial proverb=

Proverb

has function as folk wisdom about how to act and live.

3)When you’re happy, you enjoy the music. But when you’re sad, you understand the lyrics.

Saat Anda bahagia, Anda menikmati musiknya. Tetapi ketika Anda sedih, Anda mengerti liriknya.
